Shipping policy

At Liore Bags, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 AM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Transit Time & Rates:

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. (Note: You can change this to a flat rate if you charge for shipping).

3. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders: Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@liorebags.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
